We are thrilled to announce that Desmet has successfully commissioned the FIRST FULLY INTEGRATED BIODIESEL PLANT IN INDIA for our esteemed customer, M11 Industries.

M11 Industries is a trailblazer in the renewable energy sector, leading the way in producing premium biodiesel from Used Cooking Oil (UCO) sourced from both the food industry and households. This state-of-the-art facility, spanning over 100 acres in Coastal Karnataka, proudly stands as India’s largest biodiesel manufacturing unit.

The plant configuration includes:
* 600 TPD Physical Refinery Plant
* 450 TPD Biodiesel Unit Plant with Olein Drying Unit
* 450 TPD Methyl Ester Distillation Plant
* 100 TPD Glycerine Distillation Plant
* 150 TPD Esterification Plant
* 450 TPD Cold Clarification Plant

On 31/08/2024, Desmet has the honor of attending the official inauguration of the 450 TPD Biodiesel Plant, hosted by M11 Industries. This milestone marks a significant step forward in our commitment to sustainable energy solutions.
