CCU OPPORTUNITIES I Innovation Fund Small Scale Project
The call for small-scale projects is open until the 31st of August. The budgetary envelope allocated (€100 million) would allow financing of at least 22 projects and it targets projects on low-carbon technologies and processes in all sectors covered by the EU ETS Directive (https://bit.ly/3yJaZW0). Those includes:
Innovation in low-carbon technologies and processes in sectors listed in Annex I, including environmentally safe Carbon Capture and Utilisation (#CCU) that contributes substantially to mitigating climate change, as well as products substituting carbon-intensive ones produced in sectors listed in Annex I, and energy storage technologies.
