Event Description

Building on four years of resounding success, World Hydrogen Leaders look forward to welcoming you to World Hydrogen MENA once again on 17 - 19 February 2025. The year ahead holds significant promise for the hydrogen industry, marked by pivotal policy updates, advancing projects and technology, and incentivised use cases.

Join us once again in Dubai to hear the latest regional project developments, engage with thought-leaders and policy makers, connect with key offtakers and explore innovative solutions to industry- wide challenges.

Masterclass Day

  • Deep-dive into our interactive Masterclass day to gain in-depth knowledge on critical issues facing the adoption of hydrogen as a clean energy source. With an extended workshop-style format, develop key strategies to future-proof their operations.

Main Congress Days

  • Join us for action-orientated discussions on driving forward the region's net zero strategies, with five streams of content across the two days, including those focusing on Finance and Investment, Production, and Export, and more.

Roundtable Sessions

  • By popular demand – this year our agenda includes interactive roundtables to deliver enhanced networking opportunities with peers who have the same challenges as you, such as securing offtake contracts, developing pipelines and more.

Exhibition Hall

  • Network with our industry-leading technology and solution providers who will assist you in your clean hydrogen journey. Meet the entire hydrogen value chain, including project developers, offtakers, technology specialists, oil and gas majors and more.

In early 2020, Dii Desert Energy launched the MENA Hydrogen Alliance, which brings together private and public sector actors as well as science and academia to kick-start green hydrogen economies. The Alliance provides a platform for members to meet and discuss pathways forward and formulates common studies. The alliance acts as an impartial advisor to promote pilot projects in the region, elaborates (potential) business cases and structure for large projects, proposes the necessary policy and regulatory frameworks, and educates different stakeholders on all relevant aspects of the hydrogen value chain, from ‘source to sink’, including export of virtual (renewable and carbon characteristics) and physical energy carriers.
